The INDIA alliance of opposition parties formed before the Lok Sabha elections 2024 is breathing its last. Most of the parties are focusing on contesting elections by breaking away from the alliance. ( alliance) Before the Bihar Assembly elections 2025, Aam Aadmi Party has also decided to contest elections by breaking away from the alliance. In the Delhi elections also, AAP did not form an alliance with Congress and the party was out of power. After this, AAP has divided all the states into two parts. In the first part, there are those states where more attention will be given by the national leadership. Here, leaders like Arvind Kejriwal and Manish Sisodia will take all the important decisions from election campaign to other decisions. At the same time, there are other states in the second part, where the local leadership is free to take their own decisions.
Anurag Dhanda made the disclosure
Anurag Dhanda, National Media Convenor of Aam Aadmi Party, said in a conversation that Aam Aadmi Party is not in any alliance. The party has its own strength and it is moving ahead relying on that. On India Alliance, he said that the alliance was made for the Lok Sabha elections. Now Aam Aadmi Party is not a part of any alliance. At present, AAP is working on strengthening its organization in all the states.
All states divided into two parts
Aam Aadmi Party has divided all the states into two parts. The first group includes those states where the national leadership will pay more attention. The party already has a good hold in these states and efforts are being made to improve it. Punjab is the most important among these, where AAP is in power. Apart from this, Gujarat, Assam, Delhi, Goa, Uttarakhand and Himachal Pradesh are included in this category. In these states, leaders like Arvind Kejriwal and Manish Sisodia will take the responsibility of taking important decisions and election campaign. On the other hand, the second category includes those states where the party’s position is not very strong. Here the local leadership has the freedom to take decisions.
Seven phase journey in Bihar
Aam Aadmi Party is taking out a seven phase journey in Bihar. Anurag Dhanda said, “AAP will contest elections in Bihar on its own. We are focusing on strengthening the party’s organisation at the booth level. A seven-phase yatra is being carried out to connect with people. We have reached the third phase through Seemanchal region. The party will contest all 243 seats in Bihar alone.”
