New Delhi: Rahul Gandhi celebrated his 56th birthday on Friday, with several senior leaders of the Indian National Congress, including party president Mallikarjun Kharge, extending their greetings and praising his role in advocating for constitutional values and the rights of marginalized communities.

Born on June 19, 1970, in New Delhi, Rahul Gandhi is the son of former Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi and former Congress president Sonia Gandhi. He currently represents Rae Bareli in the Lok Sabha and serves as the Leader of the Opposition in the lower house of Parliament.
