According to Atishi, the new courthouses will symbolize both the hope for justice and faith in the Constitution. She said that the project’s total value is Rs. 1,100 crore. The minister claimed that the Delhi government had increased the amount of judicial infrastructure, citing the opening of 60 courtroom complexes at Rouse Avenue in 2019, the addition of 144 courtrooms to the courts in Saket, Tis Hazari, and Karkardooma, as well as the building of a new building at the Delhi High Court. The three court complexes, according to Delhi Lieutenant Governor VK Saxena, will be environmentally friendly structures with solar energy and rainwater collection systems. He declared that fortifying the legal system in the nation’s capital was essential.
