According to a CNBC report, Jack Dorsey was until now working as the CEO of Twitter and Square. Square is Jack Dorsey’s digital payment platform. Twitter has said that Jack Dorsey will remain on the company’s board of members till the end of 2022.

Dorsey said in a statement – ​​I have made up the idea of ​​leaving Twitter. I am sure the company is in a position to move beyond its founders. Now Parag Agarwal will be responsible for Twitter. Jack Dorsey has shared his resignation on Twitter. He has described this as the ‘right time’ to resign from the company. For this he has mentioned three reasons.
Dorsey has written – The first reason is that Parag is becoming the new CEO of the company. The board followed a lengthy process for the new CEO and everyone unanimously chose Parag Agarwal. Parag has also been my favorite because of his understanding of the company. Parag has been instrumental behind every difficult decision and that is why the company stands here today. Dorsey has praised Parag Agarwal with a free voice.

Dorsey has given another reason – Bret Taylor’s decision to become board chairman is also an important reason. When I became CEO, Brett was asked to join the board. He has been the best for the company in every way.
