The attackers had shot him dead( attackers)

Ropar: Vishwa Hindu Parishad leader Vikas Prabhakar alias Vikas Bagga was murdered  ( attackers) in Nangal in Ropar district of Punjab, which is being investigated by the Central National Investigation Agency (NIA). NIA has announced a reward for the person giving information about both the accused in this murder case. NIA has announced a reward of Rs 10 each on the arrest of both the wanted accused. Murder accused Harjeet Singh and Kulbir Singh are absconding.

The identity of those giving information about the accused will be kept secret. A case has been registered against the accused under various sections of IPC, UA(P) Act and Arms Act. The attackers shot and killed him. Let us tell you that on April 13, two unknown attackers shot and killed Vikas Prabhakar alias Vikas Bagga, head of VHP Nangal Mandal, at his shop located on Railway Road, Nangal. Two days after the murder of Vikas Prabhakar, the police arrested two accused Mandeep Kumar alias Mangi and Surinder Kumar alias Rikka in this case. In the initial interrogation by the police, they revealed that the order to kill Prabhakar was given by their boss sitting in Pakistan, but they were funded for the murder from Portugal.
