Former Rajasthan Deputy Chief Minister Sachin Pilot said on Sunday that he would hold a day-long protest on April 11 demanding action against the “corruption” allegedly committed by the previous BJP government in the state. Pilot has claimed that Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot did not act on any complaint against BJP leader Vasundhara Raje regarding corruption. He is going to protest against this. The Congress has come to his defense regarding the allegations against Ashok Gehlot.
On Pilot’s allegations, Congress general secretary and media in-charge Jairam Ramesh has said, with Ashok Gehlot as chief minister, the Congress government in Rajasthan has implemented a large number of schemes and taken several new initiatives which have deeply affected the people. It has given us a leadership position in governance in the country. On the other hand, Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel said, Ashok Gehlot is a very settled leader, many such obstacles have come before and I think he will solve it.
Pilot said that when the Congress was in opposition, he and other Congress leaders had raised the issue of “corruption” in the then Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) government and promised to act once the Congress came to power. did. Pilot alleged that no action has been taken and he will sit on a one-day dharna to press for this demand.
Pilot claimed, during the Vasundhara Raje-led government, we raised our voice about scams worth Rs 45,000 crore while in opposition and promised that if our government comes, we will investigate these scams.
