Know the big things of Delhi Police’s charge sheet

New Delhi. The police today filed a charge sheet in the Kanjhawala road accident case that shook the entire country. In which 4 out of 7 accused have been charged with murder. These include the names of Amit Khanna, Krishnan, Manoj Mittal and Mithun. The remaining three accused have been accused of erasing the charge sheet evidence. While Ashutosh and Ankush are out on bail. A total of 7 people were made accused in this incident. The police has filed a charge sheet of about 800 pages, in which 120 people have been made witnesses.

Section 3/181, 185 of MV act has also been imposed against the accused Amit Khanna in the charge sheet. Wherein against the accused Ashutosh M.V. Section 5/180 of the Act has also been imposed. Apart from this, the main sections that have been imposed include IPC section 302 i.e. murder, 120B- criminal conspiracy, 201- destroying evidence and section 212. A section of murder has been imposed against Amit Khanna, Krishnan, Mithun and Manoj Mittal, who were present inside the vehicle at the time of the accident.

Anjali Singh (20) died in the early hours of January 1 after her scooty was hit by a car, which dragged her for over 12 km between Sultanpur to Kanjhawala. According to the investigating agency, the car which allegedly hit Anjali’s scooty belonged to Ashutosh. This car was gifted to him by his brother-in-law. Ashutosh had given the car to Amit Khanna to drive, who did not even have a proper license.
According to the CDR call records, accused Ankush called Ashutosh at 4.56 am after the incident. Let us tell you that a few hours after the beginning of this year, Anjali Singh’s scooty was hit by a car and she was dragged from Sultanpuri to Kanjhawala i.e. about 12 kms. Anjali had died because of this.
