The month of Sawan is starting from 22nd July. Many types of guidelines are being issued at the state level regarding this. Giving information about the preparations for the month of Sawan, Ujjain Collector (DM ) Neeraj Kumar Singh said that it is mandatory to write the name of the hotel in Hindi and the name of the operator on the board outside all the hotels present in the city. In this regard, a meeting of hotel operators was held earlier and they have been informed. If anyone does not follow this order, then that hotel will be closed.
This order was issued by Shivraj government
The collector also clarified that this is being done because if someone complains about a hotel, then he should know the name of the operator. The order to write the name of the hotels in Hindi in big letters and also write the name of its operator was issued by the Shivraj government a year ago.
The order has also been passed by the Municipal Corporation
Regarding writing the name and number of the operator outside the hotel, Ujjain Mayor Mukesh Tatwal said that we have got the order passed in the Municipal Corporation a year ago. If any hotel operator does not obey the order, then we are free to take action against him.
Schools will open on Sunday, will remain closed on Monday
Along with this, the collector said that in Ujjain, from 22 July to 2 September, schools from 1st to 12th will be open on Sunday as well. There will be a holiday in the school on Monday. This decision has been taken in view of the procession of Lord Mahakal in the month of Sawan. Actually, many roads are closed in view of the crowd in the procession.
