The district administration is constantly giving the people their rights through its strict decisions and at the same time, it is also cracking down on those who unnecessarily harass the people, due to which the fear of the administration has also increased among those who commit such acts. Despite this, new cases are also coming to the fore. A fresh case has come before District Magistrate Savin from the bank in which instead of giving security against the insured bank loan after the death of the woman’s husband, the widow woman is being harassed. On which the District Magistrate has issued an RC of 6.50 lakhs to the manager of the concerned bank C.S.L. Finance Ltd. and has ordered to deposit the amount within the stipulated time period, in case of non-deposit, the bank branch will be raided and the recovery will be done.
One more bank came on the radar of the district administration; DM issued RC, it can be sealed anytime; auctioned, shut down. The fate of CSL Bank and Tata AIA Insurance harassing Priya, the widow of 4 girls, is known everywhere. On the day of meeting the DM, the fate of the bank was decided as soon as the DM gave a signal: RC issued. Earlier in a similar incident, the public had seen the guilty bank and the result of the pain of the victim Shivani; the bank officials rushed to the complainant’s house with the property papers. Inspired by the working style of the Hon’ble Chief Minister, the series of new strict and big decisions of the district administration continues. The district administration is in its new avatar. Now the administration is seen in its fierce form on the incidents of exploitation of the helpless and the weak.
While strict decisions are being taken to rein in those who mislead and harass the public, there is also a wave of happiness among the public. In the case of widow Priya, despite the home loan insurance of 6.50 lakhs, the bank and the insurance company are neither giving claim nor loan waiver. Widow woman complainant Priya has been wandering for justice for one year after the death of her husband Vikas Kumar, the district administration has issued RC of the bank manager. After the death, the banks are harassing the dependents, now the complainants have got the administration. The DM has caught the big game of loan insurance and issued RC of 6.50 lakhs of the bank manager. After the death of her husband, she is struggling with financial crisis. Priya, the widow mother of 04 girls, appealed to the DM, on which the administration has started action by issuing RC.
Earlier also a similar case of Shivani Gupta came before the DM in which the district administration had sealed the bank after issuing RC of Rs. 15.50 lakhs against the bank manager. After which the bank waived the loan of the complainant and returned the papers of her property by going to her house. Now the latest case of Priya has come in which the District Magistrate is serious and has issued RC against the bank manager.
A case related to bank loan came before District Magistrate Savin Bansal on 11 July 2025 in which the complainant Priya told the DM that her husband late Vikas Kumar had taken a loan of 6.50 lakhs from the bank and on the request of the bank, the loan was also insured. While insuring the loan by the insurance company, the loan was insured after completing all the standards/examinations including physical and all other examinations and the loan payment was made to her husband after deducting the premium fee. Her husband died suddenly on 12 July 2024.
