Ara: On Tuesday afternoon, in Milki village of Azimabad police station area of Bhojpur district, a man killed his wife (wife’s) and two minor children by stabbing them with an iron rod. This incident created a sensation in the village and surrounding areas. On receiving information about the incident, police and FSL team reached the spot. Police took immediate action and arrested the accused youth. Police took all three bodies in their custody and sent them to Sadar Hospital for post-mortem.
According to the information, the deceased include Seema Devi, her 8-year-old daughter Sonia Kumari and 10-month-old son Vidhwant Kumar. SP Pramod Kumar said that information was received in Milki village under Azimabad police station that a person named Lalu Yadav, a resident of the village, had an altercation with his wife over some matter. After a dispute between the husband and wife, Lalu got angry and killed his wife and two minor children by hitting them with a pole.
Lalu first beheaded his wife and then killed his two children by stabbing them with a pole one by one. The bodies of all three were found in the same room. Seeing the bodies covered in blood, the people around were stunned and informed the police.
On receiving the information, the local police, senior officials and the FSL team reached the spot. The police took immediate action and took the killer father into custody. All the reasons for the incident are being investigated. The police have taken all the three bodies into their custody and sent them to Sadar Hospital for post-mortem. Initial investigation has revealed that the killer father is mentally deranged. The police is conducting further investigation and taking necessary legal action.
