(Collector )Collector of Jaisalmer in place of Tina Dabi (Collector )

Jaisalmer: IAS Tina Dabi, who had a huge fan following on the Internet, is no longer the collector of (Collector ) Jaisalmer. IAS Ashish Gupta has taken his place. As per the reports, Ashish Gupta is an IAS officer of 2013 batch. He is about three years senior to Tina Dabi, who topped the UPSC exam in 2016. Before being made the Collector of Jaisalmer, Ashish Gupta was posted as Commissioner and Joint Government Secretary, Information Technology and Communications Department, and Managing Director, Rajcomp Info Services Limited.

Commissioner of Education Guarantee Scheme has handled the responsibility

IAS Ashish Gupta has also taken over the responsibility of Commissioner of Education Guarantee Scheme. In the year 2022, he was given the additional charge of Education Guarantee Scheme Commissioner. Along with this, he was also holding the post of Director of Watershed Development and Soil Conservation Department.
