The situation was that there was fierce fighting between the supporters of both the leaders, the matter reached to firing. During this, a BJP leader also got shot. According to the information received, an enlightened conference was organized on behalf of the Bharatiya Janata Party at Bhagat Dharamshala, Murliganj Gol Bazar, on the completion of 9 years of the Modi government, under the Mahajansampark Abhiyan program. During this, former Deputy Chief Minister of Bihar Government Tar Kishore Prasad and former minister Neeraj Kumar Singh were to participate, but at the beginning of the program two groups got entangled with each other.
The matter reached to a fight and firing, in which a BJP leader was seriously injured due to bullet injury, who was rushed to Murliganj Hospital for treatment, from where he was referred to Madhepura Sadar Hospital after first aid. given. The name of the injured BJP leader is said to be Sanjay Bhagat, who is said to be a relative of the former Deputy Chief Minister. Presently he is undergoing treatment at Sadar Hospital Madhepura.
Actually this program was organized by BJP leader Pankaj Patel. During this some guests had reached the stage and some guests were about to come. That’s why a tussle started between Sanjay Bhagat and Pankaj Patel regarding something. Seeing this dispute, it reached to fighting and shelling. Then several rounds were fired by Pankaj Patel, the organizer of the program, in which one bullet hit Sanjay Bhagat. According to the supporters of injured Sanjay Bhagat, Pankaj Patel was called by Sanjay Bhagat and asked to talk among themselves. But, Pankaj Patel started fighting. Not only this, he fired in haste.
On the other hand, regarding this matter, the District President of BJP told that there was a transaction of money between the two in the past, due to which the incident took place, which took place outside the venue. After the incident, DSP Ajay Narayan Yadav told that a program of enlightened people was organized by the BJP at Bhagat Dharamshala in Murliganj market in which Sanjay Bhagat was also invited, there was an old transaction of money between Sanjay Bhagat and Pankaj Nirala. Sanjay Bhagat’s money was with Pankaj Nirala, about which there was a dispute. Meanwhile, a bullet was fired by Pankaj Nirala, in which Sanjay Bhagat was shot in the waist. Taking immediate action after the incident, the police arrested Pankaj Nirala with a licensed pistol and started further action.
