India’s thousands of years old cultural and people-to-people ties with the region are living testimony to our shared heritage.” Prime Minister Narendra Modi said, “In order to tap the talent of the youth of the countries, many new forums like Young Scientist Conclave, Authors Conclave, Startup Forum and Youth Council have been organized by the SCO. These platforms aim to showcase the potential of the youth of the SCO and provide them meaningful opportunities.”
PM Modi’s comment on terrorism
At the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO), Prime Minister Narendra Modi said, “Terrorism is a threat to regional and global peace. We have to fight against terrorism. Some countries use cross-border terrorism as an instrument of their policies and give shelter to terrorists” PM Modi said SCO should not hesitate to criticize such countries SCO countries should condemn it on terrorism There should be no double standards.
