Patna. The episode of transfer-posting is once again in the limelight in Bihar. The reason is the cancellation of the minister’s decision from the RJD quota by the CM himself. In fact, in Bihar last June, a large scale transfer took place. These transfers were done in the Revenue and Land Reforms Department, in which the Revenue Officer, Zonal Officer, Consolidation Officer were transferred. Revenue and Land Reforms Department Minister Alok Mehta had issued an order for the transfer of 480 officers on June 30, but now Chief Minister Nitish Kumar(Nitish Kumar ) has canceled the order of RJD quota minister Alok Mehta.
On Tuesday, the transfer order has been canceled on the instructions of Chief Minister Nitish Kumar. In fact, on June 30, the Department of Revenue and Land Reforms had transferred on a large scale. According to the information received, Chief Minister Nitish Kumar was receiving many complaints regarding this transfer order. Several people’s representatives had lodged a complaint with the Chief Minister regarding this transfer, after which it was reviewed at the Chief Minister’s level and finally the transfer order was cancelled.
The biggest thing is that the notification issued regarding the cancellation of the transfer order has also been sent to the Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister, Bihar. Alok Mehta is considered very close to the Chief Minister, Deputy Chief Minister Tejashwi Yadav and in such a situation, the cancellation of the transfer done by him is being considered as a big blow for the RJD.
The manner in which the transfers made by Education Minister Dr. Chandrashekhar were also under question, action was taken at the level of Additional Chief Secretary and the transfers were canceled and once again such transfers have been canceled in the Revenue and Land Reforms Department.
