Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar: A massive fire (Fire ) broke out in a factory in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra. In which 6 people have died. Giving information about this accident, officials said that a massive fire broke out in a glove manufacturing factory in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar in the early hours of Sunday. At least six people died in this accident. According to fire department officials, the fire broke out at around 02:15 am in the factory located in Waluj MIDC area.
Mohan Mungse, a fire officer, said, “We received a call at 2:15 am. When we reached the spot, the entire factory was on fire. Locals told us that six people were trapped inside. Our officers “Got inside and bodies of six people have been recovered.”
The official told “the work of extinguishing the fire is currently going on.”
Earlier, locals had claimed that at least five employees were trapped inside the building. Fire department officials later confirmed the death of six people in the fire incident.
The workers told that when the fire broke out, the factory was closed and some workers were sleeping inside. “10-15 employees were sleeping inside the building when the fire broke out. Some managed to escape, but at least five were trapped inside,” an employee told ANI.
Meanwhile, the work of extinguishing the fire is going on and the exact cause of the fire has not been known yet.
