There has not been much change in the prices of crude oil in the global market during the last 24 hours, but the prices of petrol and diesel have changed in many cities of UP on Monday morning. Government oil companies have increased the rate released this morning in the capital of UP, Lucknow and Noida-Greater Noida. However, oil prices in all the four metros of the country like Delhi-Mumbai remain stable even today.
According to the rate released by the state-owned oil companies, petrol has become costlier by 36 paise to Rs 97.00 and diesel by 32 paise to Rs 90.14 per liter in Gautam Buddha Nagar district (Noida-Greater Noida) of UP. Apart from this, the price of petrol has also increased marginally by 1 paise in Lucknow, the capital of UP, to Rs 96.58 per liter, while the price of diesel has increased by 1 paise to Rs 89.77 per liter. If we talk about crude oil, then its prices have not changed much in the last 24 hours. The price of Brent crude rose by $ 0.46 to $ 96.23 per barrel. WTI has also increased by $ 0.33 to $ 88.23 per barrel.

Petrol in Noida has become Rs 97.00 and diesel Rs 90.14 per liter.

In Ghaziabad, petrol has become Rs 96.58 and diesel Rs 89.75 per liter.

Petrol and diesel prices change every day at 6 am. The new rates are applicable from 6 am onwards. After adding excise duty, dealer commission, VAT and other things to the price of petrol and diesel, its price becomes almost double of the original price.
