Bihar’s international border sealed  (Bihar’ ) 

Patna: Election campaigning for the second phase of the Bihar    (Bihar’ )  Assembly elections ended on Sunday. Voting for 122 assembly seats will take place on Tuesday. Tight security arrangements have been made for the voting. Police teams and security forces have been deployed at every nook and corner.

Security tightened this time compared to the first phase
Bihar Director General of Police (DGP) Vinay Kumar said on Sunday that security arrangements have been completely strengthened for the second phase of the assembly elections. Security has been further tightened compared to the first phase. The DGP stated that extensive deployment of security forces has been made in all districts for the second phase of voting on November 11.

Special security arrangements in seven districts bordering the India-Nepal border
Voting will be held in 122 assembly seats across 20 districts in this phase. Many of these districts are adjacent to international and interstate borders, which is why extra vigilance is being maintained. Kumar said that security arrangements have been further strengthened in seven districts bordering the India-Nepal border. Special vigilance is being maintained in districts bordering Jharkhand, Uttar Pradesh, and West Bengal.

International Border Sealed From Saturday
He said that the international border has been completely sealed from Saturday, while interstate borders will be closed by Sunday evening. The DGP said that a total of 1,650 companies of central security forces are being deployed in the second phase. Additionally, additional contingents of state police forces have also been sent to each district to ensure peaceful voting at every polling station.
