Accused of inciting students and causing ruckus( students ) 

Patna: An FIR has been lodged against Jansuraj founder Prashant Kishore at Gandhi Maidan police station in Patna. He is accused of inciting students  ( students )  and causing ruckus. Apart from this, an FIR has also been lodged against the state president of Jansuraj Party. At the same time, an FIR has also been lodged against about 21 named and 700 unknown people.
What is the whole matter?
After the Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) paper leak case, today the students gathered at Gandhi Maidan in Patna and were continuously protesting and trying to surround the CM residence. During this, Jan Suraj leader Prashant Kishore also joined the students’ protest. Actually, the students were constantly demanding to meet CM Nitish Kumar. Earlier, the Patna district administration had offered to talk to the commission officials, but the students rejected it.

Mild lathicharge and water cannon used on students

The police also resorted to lathicharge to stop the students who were adamant on the protest. Even after this, when the students did not agree, water cannon had to be used on them. The protesting students were moving towards the CM residence, to stop whom the police used water cannon.

What did the Patna district administration say?

The Patna district administration said that on December 28 at 5.30 pm, information was given by Jan Suraj Party for organizing a student parliament in front of Gandhi Maidan, Gandhi statue, which was rejected by the district administration, Patna as per the rules and the applicant was informed in time. Nevertheless, on December 29, this party gathered a crowd of people near the Gandhi statue without permission and provoked them and created a law and order problem. After this, they took out a procession with the protesters till JP Golambar without permission and blocked the road. There was also a scuffle with the magistrates and police officers present there.

The administration said that these people also damaged the loudspeakers installed by the administration for crowd control. Despite repeated requests by the administration, these people violated the guidelines of the administration and disrupted public order. When the crowd became uncontrollable, they left the crowd near JP Golambhar and left. They talked about sending a delegation of five people to submit a memorandum to the Chief Secretary, but due to lack of mutual agreement, the names of the people were also not given.

Finally, about 100 people were not ready to move from JP Golambhar. Therefore, the administration removed them by using water cannon and mild force and the situation was normalized. An FIR has been registered in Gandhi Maidan police station against 21 named and 600 to 700 unknown people on the charges of unauthorizedly gathering the crowd, instigating people and creating law and order problems. Strict action will be taken against those disrupting law and order.

An FIR has been lodged against Manoj Bharti (President, Jan Suraj Party), Rahmanshu Mishra, coaching director Nikhil Mani Tiwari, Subhash Kumar Thakur, Shubham Snehil Prashant Kishore (and 2 bouncers who were with him), Anand Mishra, R K Mishra (Rakesh Kumar Mishra), Vishnu Kumar, Sujeet Kumar (Tsunami Coaching), a total of 21 named and 600-700 unidentified persons.
