Paris: Indian wrestler Aman Sehrawat has brought good news for India. Aman has won bronze medal for India in 57 kg weight category. Aman won bronze medal by defeating Puerto Rico’s wrestler Darian Toi Cruz 13-5. Let us tell you, Aman has been Asian champion and has also won gold in Under-23 World Championship. With this medal of Aman, the number of medals of India in Paris Olympics has become 6. This includes 5 bronze and 1 silver medal. This is India’s first medal from wrestling in Paris Olympics. On getting the first medal in wrestling, Prime Minister Narendra Modi congratulated wrestler Aman for his victory. PM wrote, “Our wrestlers have made us even more proud! Congratulations to Aman Sehrawat for winning the bronze medal in men’s freestyle 57 kg at the Paris Olympics. His dedication and perseverance are clearly visible.
