Sister gets first period, brother suspects ‘affair'(-affair) 

Thane: A painful news is coming from Thane district of Maharashtra. In fact, a 12-year-old girl had her period for the first time, but seeing her blood-stained clothes, her brother felt that she was having an affair.(-affair)  Suspecting that the sister was characterless, the brother started kicking and punching the sister without knowing the exact reason, eventually the innocent girl died. While the truth was that her 12 year old sister got her period for the first time. The accused brother has been arrested by the police.

The accused person works as a security guard. The victim girl was living here in the city with her brother and sister-in-law after her mother passed away. While his father lived in the village. The girl was bleeding profusely from her first period, the brother saw blood stains on her clothes and started suspecting that the girl was having an affair. The girl had no knowledge of menstruation. Because of this, when the brother asked him about the blood stains. So she was unable to explain the reason for this. Instead of convincing her, her sister-in-law started instigating her husband.

Police informed that the accused suspected that his sister was having a love affair. Because of which he allegedly started harassing her. Instead of understanding anything, the sister-in-law of the girl also started instigating the husband that your sister is having an affair with someone, has made a relationship, that’s why she is bleeding. The girl’s brother kept torturing her for 3 consecutive days. When the girl’s condition worsened, she was taken to the Central Hospital in Ulhasnagar, where the doctors declared her brought dead.

After the death of the girl, the doctors informed the police. After which the police reached and took the dead body of the girl in their custody. Brother’s handiwork came to the fore after the postmortem. A lot of injury marks were found on the back, face and neck of the girl. Police registered a case against the brother under IPC section 302 (murder) and arrested him.
