Temperature crosses 40 in Delhi (Temperature )

Weather: In the first week of May itself, the heat has started wreaking havoc and the temperature has reached above normal. The maximum temperature   (Temperature ) recorded in the national capital Delhi on Monday was 40.7 degrees Celsius, which is one degree more than the normal temperature of this season. Giving information, India Meteorological Department (IMD) said that May 5 was the hottest day of the year recorded in Delhi-NCR. The maximum temperature reached 41.1 degrees Celsius on Sunday, which was two degrees more than the normal temperature for this season.

How will the weather be in Delhi on Tuesday?

India Meteorological Department (IMD) has predicted partly cloudy sky in the national capital Delhi on Tuesday. The department has also predicted dust storms and storms at night with a speed of 35 to 45 km per hour. IMD said that there may be a slight increase in temperature in the capital on Tuesday. The maximum and minimum temperatures in Delhi are likely to be 42 and 25 degrees Celsius respectively.

Warning of heavy rain in North East including Manipur

The weather in Manipur is very bad and heavy rains have caused devastation in some parts. All schools and colleges are closed on Tuesday due to rain. Strong winds were accompanied by heavy rain and hailstorm, which caused damage to a large number of houses, schools and other buildings including vehicles. Trees and electric poles were uprooted by the strong wind. The decision to close all schools and colleges has been taken as a precautionary measure against the dangers posed by the weather conditions. The Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued an orange alert and predicted heavy to very heavy rain in many northeastern states including Manipur till Tuesday.

Weather mood changed due to rain in Jharkhand

After rain in many districts of Jharkhand, the weather mood has changed and the temperature has dropped. The Meteorological Department has predicted rain in many other districts including Ranchi. Along with this, the department has issued a yellow alert regarding lightning. The highest temperature in the state on Monday was recorded in Seraikela, where the maximum temperature was 45.1 degrees. There will be a drop in temperature on Tuesday due to rain and strong winds.

There will be relief from heat in Bihar soon

People troubled by the scorching heat in Bihar will soon get relief. There may be rain in many districts from today till May 11. The Meteorological Center has issued an alert regarding this and has said that there will be strong winds along with thunder and lightning. Along with the forecast of rain, the Meteorological Center has predicted strong winds at a speed of 40 to 45 kilometers per hour. Due to this the temperature will drop and people will get relief from the heat.

Heat started raining from the sky in Rajasthan
The heat has started showing its wrath in Rajasthan and it has started raining from the sky. Due to this the temperature is continuously increasing. The maximum temperature has reached between 37 to 42 degrees. The maximum temperature of Bharatpur, Banasthali, Dholpur, Karauli and Phalodi is being recorded more than 42 degrees. The maximum temperature of Alwar, Pilani, Fatehpur, Barmer, Jodhpur, Churu, Ganganagar is more than 41 degrees. The maximum temperature of Jalore, Jaisalmer, Bikaner, Chittorgarh, Kota, Jaipur is around 40 degrees. Warning of heatwave and heat wave has been issued in Bikaner and Jodhpur divisions till May 10.
