Pakistan India: Pakistan’s Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has said that a constructive dialogue with India has become difficult after 2019. This information was given in a news in the media on Saturday. Bilawal, who attended the meeting of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) in Tashkent, said that India and Pakistan are part of the SACO and both the countries are currently involved in wider activities of the organisation.
‘India is our neighbor’
Quoted Bilawal, ‘India is our neighboring country. A person/country can decide on many things but cannot change its neighbour. So, we should get used to being with them.’ Bilawal said that constructive dialogue with India has become difficult after 2019. He said this possibly in reference to India’s announcement that year to withdraw the special status of Jammu and Kashmir and bifurcate the state into two union territories.

Pakistan’s Foreign Minister Bilawal also said that no meeting is planned between the Pakistani and Indian prime ministers on the sidelines of the annual SCO summit in Samarkand, the news said. The SCO summit will be held in Uzbekistan on 15-16 September.
