New Delhi. Radical preacher and Khalistan supporter Amritpal Singh, who has been absconding for almost 20 days, the last maneuver to reach back to Punjab from Delhi also failed today. Now the chief in Akal Takht has also clearly said that Amritpal should be surrendered.
