Dust Storm Disrupts Mass Wedding in Rajasthan, Dozens Injured as Guests Flee

Rajasthan: A sudden and powerful dust storm caused chaos during a mass wedding ceremony in tonk, forcing dozens of couples and guests to flee for safety. The incident occurred as thirty six couples were in the middle of wedding rituals when strong winds swept through the venue.

Eyewitnesses said the storm intensified within minutes, completely damaging the the venue. Tents were uprooted, and wedding materials were scattered across nearby fields. Gifts and essential items meant for the bride and groom were also blown away, leaving the venue in disarray.

Panic spread quickly among attendees as they rushed to escape the storm. During the chaos, several women and children sustained injuries after being hit by falling metal pipes from the tent structures. Locals immediately stepped in to assist the injured and move them to safer areas.

The situation worsened as heavy rain followed the dust storm, further disrupting the ceremony and dampening the festive atmosphere. What began as a joyous occasion turned into a scene of confusion and distress within a short span of time.
