This batsman hit a stormy century( century) 

Chelmsford: India Under-19 team is currently on a tour of England. The second and final match of the Youth Test Series is being played between the two teams at the County Cricket Ground in Chelmsford. In this match, India Under-19 team captain Ayush Mhatre, who was seen playing for Chennai Super Kings in IPL 2025, has scored a brilliant century                ( century)  in the second innings. At the same time, his partner Vaibhav Suryavanshi could not even open his account in this innings and was out after making a golden duck.

Vaibhav got out on a golden duck

The England Under-19 team has set a target of 355 runs for Team India to win. Vaibhav Suryavanshi and Ayush Mhatre came to open for Team India. Team India had a very bad start in this match. Vaibhav Suryavanshi was bowled by Alex Green on the very first ball of the innings. Vaibhav Suryavanshi lost his wicket while trying to play a big shot. For the first time in his youth test career, Vaibhav Suryavanshi has been out on the first ball. He was able to score only 20 runs in the first innings as well.

Ayush Mhatre hit a brilliant century

After Suryavanshi was out, Indian captain Ayush Mhatre took charge. Mhatre was seen batting aggressively from the beginning in the second innings. He first completed his half-century in 25 balls. After completing his half-century innings, he also scored a century in 64 balls. During his century innings, Ayush hit 12 fours and 4 big sixes. In the end, he was out after playing an innings of 126 runs in 80 balls. During this, his strike rate was 157.50.

Mhatre had batted explosively in the first innings too
Ayush Mhatre had batted brilliantly in the first innings of the second Youth Test too. But he missed out on scoring a century there. In the first innings, Mhatre had scored 80 runs in 90 balls. While batting at number three, Vihaan Malhotra had scored a century. He scored 120 runs in 123 balls. During this innings, he had hit 19 fours and 3 big sixes.
