4. Packed Fruit Juice
The trend of drinking packed fruit juice in our daily diet has increased a lot, but do not drink it in breakfast because preservatives are found in it which can be harmful for health. It is better that you extract fruit juice at home.
5. Processed Food
In the changing times, the trend of eating processed food has increased a lot, but it is not at all good for our health because the foods go through many processes while cooking these things. These include meat, burgers, chips etc. One should avoid eating these.
