Lucknow. After registering a case against Union Minister of State Ajay Mishra and his son Ashish Mishra in the Lakhimpur case, now the eyewitnesses of the incident have made a new disclosure. Eyewitness Sumit Jaiswal told that when this incident happened it was a dangerous scene, to put it in right words, it was a scene of death. We were going to welcome the Deputy CM but suddenly people attacked. Sumit said that if they had caught me, I would not have been alive in front of you, I would have been killed too. There people were raising slogans of Khalistan Zindabad, waving swords and other weapons in their hands.
He told that the attackers were looking for the minister’s son Ashish Mishra in the vehicles, if he had been in the car, he would not have survived. I too ran from the spot to save my life.

Sumit told that when we were going, the mob attacked from the front and started hitting with weapons. People were attacking our vehicles with swords, sticks, sticks, they wanted to kill us. The crowd present around was raising slogans of Khalistan Zindabad. In the meantime, I escaped from there and saved my life. Now we have filed a case.

At the same time, in the case registered after this incident, Minister of State for Home Ajay Mishra and his son Ashish Mishra alias Monu have been accused of conspiring in a planned manner. Along with these two, 15 to 20 unknown people have also been accused in the FIR. Sections of murder and accidental death have also been imposed in the FIR. The viral video of Ajay Mishra has also been mentioned in the FIR. According to the FIR, on the day the farmers were hit by a Thar car, Ashish Mishra was sitting on the left side of the vehicle.
