Money will not come by adopting these habits  (Money )

New Delhi. When we are growing up, leaving home for studies and jobs, we dream that one day we will return home as millionaires. A similar dream was seen by a 22-year-old boy leaving his home in America’s Atlanta and going to New York. He neither had any such connection which could help him in earning money,  (Money ) nor did he have any such hidden treasure which could help him in earning money.

The name of that person is Alan Kore. Alan Core is a podcaster, blogger and real estate entrepreneur. Allen has recently written an article telling how he earned his first million dollars by copying the habits of rich people. There are about 8 crore rupees in one million dollars.

In the article, Allen wrote that to become rich, he took inspiration from his childhood basketball coaches, both of whom had separate businesses. At today’s time, Alan has assets of about 14 million dollars i.e. about 116 crores. Alan has told what habits of rich people he adopted to earn his first million.

Wealth doesn’t require a suit and tie
Allen writes that he has never seen his coaches wearing anything other than track suits. He was his own boss, so he used to wear whatever he wanted. He writes, “My coach’s independent approach and authentic approach to life gave me a blue print. I don’t invest my time and energy on how things look from outside, I invest on my quality of life after work. I still don’t know how to tie a tie.”

focus on your strengths
Allen writes on this that while playing basketball, his shots were the worst in the team, but his defense was good. So the coach used to give him better coaching for defence. He writes that this made him understand that we should focus on our strengths and also learned that everyone has some or the other deficiency. He writes, “I did what I knew, I started buying off-market homes that were happily being sold by their owners, not the homes that everyone was looking to buy. Many deals came from one deal.

spend time on the things that matter
Allen writes, “My coach could have made more money by investing time in his business, but basketball was important to him. So he used to spend his time in teaching basketball to the students, making them better in the game. He told that your time should be spent in such things which matter to you. I focused on real estate and focused on building my business so that I didn’t have to spend 40 hours a week in the office. Now my portfolio is handled by property managers and I have a lot of time for myself.”

greed is evil
It is not necessary to be greedy to be rich. Allen writes that his coaches were busy, yet gave full time and attention to the students. Allen says that he keeps giving advice to home owners from time to time, connects with them, because it gives him satisfaction and happiness. Due to this, they get a lot of referrals and also get many such deals which are not available anywhere in the market. People who are really rich help people without any expectation.

Effort is more important than anything
Allen has written that his coach always valued hard work more than perfection. Used to encourage those who tried even after their failure. Alan writes, “I think he must be running his business in the same way. You reach the top in business only by trying, there are no shortcuts. My image has become such that I will help my clients by applying any jugaad. My focus remains on efforts, regardless of success or not.
