The board granted bail on the condition of writing an essay

According to the bail order, the 17-year-old minor accused will write an essay of 300 words on road accidents and their solutions. He will learn traffic rules by staying with the traffic police for 15 days and will get his drinking habit treated.

You are surprised. You must be thinking that this is the system of our country, which considers even a 17-year-old minor who drives after drinking alcohol as a child. The question is, did the minor accused who drove after drinking alcohol not know that driving a car without a number plate is a crime by law? The question is, did the minor accused not know that driving a car at a speed of 200 km per hour can cause an accident. The question is, will the minor accused improve by writing an essay on accidents after killing two people with his car under the influence of alcohol?

The police decided to take action against the father

The Pune police itself wants to treat the minor accused responsible for this accident like an adult and had demanded the remand of the minor accused. But the system of our country does not allow this. Even if a 17-year-old minor drives after drinking alcohol or has killed two people with his car.

The system of our country is such that if the age of the accused of the most serious crime is even one day less than 18 years, then he is considered a child. But Pune Police has also decided that it will file an FIR against the minor accused’s father, who not only gave his minor son the keys to his car but also gave him a license to endanger people’s lives on the road.
