The annual list, now in its 10th edition, features 25 large companies and reflects key hiring and workplace trends across industries. Major global firms like JPMorgan Chase and SAP secured the fourth and fifth spots, showcasing the dominance of technology, consulting, and financial sectors.
This year’s rankings also saw the entry of several new companies, including NVIDIA, Microsoft, HP, SanDisk, Marvell Technology, and Thomson Reuters, highlighting the growing influence of global tech players in India’s job market.
From a geographical perspective, Bengaluru continues to dominate as India’s leading talent hub, followed by Hyderabad. Key metro cities like Delhi, Mumbai, and Chennai also remain major hiring centres for large corporations.
The report underscores a significant shift in hiring trends, with companies increasingly prioritizing candidates who combine technical expertise with essential human skills such as communication, creativity, and problem-solving. These capabilities are seen as crucial in an era where professionals are expected to work alongside artificial intelligence to enhance productivity and innovation.
According to LinkedIn career expert Nirajita Banerjee, employers are now focusing not just on qualifications but also on demonstrated skills, particularly the ability to integrate human strengths with emerging technologies like AI.
