Hamas warned Israel-(Hamas)

Gaza City. The Palestinian group Hamas  (Hamas) has threatened to kill Israeli hostages if Israeli forces launch airstrikes targeting residents of the Gaza Strip without any prior warning. The Azzedine al-Qassim Brigades, Hamas’ armed wing, said in a statement that every target that targets our people without warning will be responded to by executing one of the civilian hostages. Hamas said that our ‘enemies do not understand the language of humanity and morality, so we will answer them in the only language they understand.’

In the last three days, Hamas fighters launched a surprise attack on southern Israeli cities. They have entered Israel and attacked, in which hundreds of people have been killed. Under the cover of thousands of rockets fired from the Gaza Strip, Hamas fighters, who opened fire, took about 100 Israeli people hostage and fled back to their occupied area. An Israeli military spokesman said on Monday that information about about 30 hostages had been given to their families.

At the same time, the United Nations has expressed concern about the civilians and humanitarian needs in the Palestinian areas in view of Israel’s retaliatory action after the Hamas attacks. Hamas suddenly launched a massive attack on Israel on Saturday. In response to which Israel has launched a fierce air attack on the Gaza Strip and has ‘completely surrounded’ it. United Nations Secretary General Antonio Guterres has appealed to pay attention to ordinary citizens in Israel and Gaza. He condemned the incidents of deaths of Israeli people and the taking of civilians hostage in Hamas attacks. He feared the loss of lives of many more innocent people.

Whereas Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said that Israel’s fierce attack on the Gaza Strip in response to the unexpected attack by Hamas has ‘just begun’. Netanyahu said this in a nationally televised address. It is noteworthy that Israel’s attack on Gaza continued for the third day. Netanyahu said that ‘we have just started attacking Hamas. Whatever we do to our enemies in the coming days, its echo will be heard for many generations.
