Ingredients for making Dahi Phulkas

Method of making Dahi Phulkas-
First step: To make Dahi Phulkas, first take gram flour in a bowl and then add salt, finely chopped onion, garlic paste, red chili, cumin seeds and then add water to it and prepare a thick solution.
Second step: Now blend curd well in another large vessel. Then add black salt, salt according to taste, ginger-garlic paste, black pepper, crushed roasted cumin seeds and mix it well. You can also add water to it to dilute the curd.
Third step: Now heat oil in a pan, then add gram flour solution to it and strain the phulkas after they turn brown. When the phulkas are ready, put them in the curd mixture and keep them aside.
Fourth step: Now heat oil in a pan. Then add dry red chillies and cumin seeds to it and then add this tempering to the dahi phulka. Your dahi phulka is ready, now serve it by adding green coriander on it.
