Air Defense System S-400 deployed, will give a befitting reply to China and Pakistan


New Delhi: Those who show eyes to India are no longer well. India has received the first consignment of Air Defense System S-400 from Russia. The Indian Air Force has deployed the first squadron of this S-400 missile system in the Punjab sector. After deployment in the Punjab sector, this missile system will be capable of dealing with air threats from both Pakistan and China.

Government sources said that parts of the Russian missile system started arriving in India earlier this month and its unit will also be operational in the next few weeks. India and Russia have signed a deal worth about Rs 35,000 crore for the S-400 missile system. This air defense system is capable of dealing with air threats up to 400 km. India will get five of its squadrons from Russia.

The first squadron delivery is expected to be completed by the end of this year. Sources said parts of the S-400 are being brought to India by both sea and air routes. Sources said that after the deployment of the first squadron, the IAF will start providing resources for training of personnel within the country.

However, some Air Force officers and personnel have undergone training in Russia to use this system. After the deployment of S-400, India’s power in the sky will increase. In just a few seconds, the S-400 will destroy the missile of enemy countries. The S-400 missile system is equipped with four different missiles, which can hit enemy aircraft, ballistic missiles and AWACS aircraft from a range of 400 km, 250 km, medium range 120 km and 40 km.

What is its specialty?
The biggest feature of this air defense missile system is that it can be easily transported from one place to another via road. This missile system becomes ready for operation within five to 10 minutes of receiving instructions. – This missile system is effective in preventing the attack of missiles, drones, rocket launchers and fighter jets of enemy countries. – This air defense missile system is equipped with surveillance radar. Due to which it creates a security cordon in its deployment area. – It detects missiles and aircraft to enemies through surveillance radar and sends alerts. After which, as soon as it is instructed, it is capable of destroying the enemy’s missile in the air by doing a counter attack.

Justice Ramachandran also said that there have been attempts by some to associate him with a particular party and call him a ‘Sanghi’, but neither he nor the High Court can be swayed by such attempts. The court was hearing cases related to encroachment of public land.
