Coarse grains: The coarse grains which were considered the food of the poor till a few decades ago, today science has considered that grain as a treasure of health. According to Medical News Today, coarse grains(grains ) have the ability to drive away free radicals, which helps in fighting many diseases. When free radicals are not there in the body, then the immunity of the body will not allow even cancer to enter the body. This is the reason that nowadays coarse grains are being considered as superfoods. Some coarse grains cool the stomach in summer, while neutralizing many diseases related to lifestyle.
