Gang rape with a girl in the name of getting a house

Muzaffarnagar. In a village under Bhopa police station area of ​​Muzaffarnagar district of Uttar Pradesh, the brother of the former district panchayat president has been accused of gang rape. It is alleged that he along with one of his accomplices carried out the incident of gang rape with a young woman in the name of getting a house. The accused also captured the video of the time of the incident in their mobile and started blackmailing the girl. The victim girl told her past to her family. On which the relatives of the victim girl complained to the top officials and demanded action by registering a named case against both the accused in the police station

Police registered a case against both the accused in this case under sections 376D and 506. The victim girl was sent to the district hospital for medical treatment. It is alleged that even after several hours have passed, the victim girl has not been medically yet.

In fact, a village resident of Bhopa police station area lured the girl in the name of getting a house with government help. It is alleged that Yogesh, brother of former district panchayat member, gang-raped along with one of his accomplice Bablu. The accused also captured the video of this heinous act in their mobile and wanted to blackmail the victim. On this, the victim girl told the whole incident to her family members. On which the victim’s family filed a case against the accused in the police station and requested for action.
