India wins the series 2-1  ( series 2-1 )

Visakhapatnam: In the third ODI, India defeated South Africa by 9 wickets to win the three-match ODI series 2-1. In this match played in Visakhapatnam, South Africa, batting first, set a target of 271 runs for India. In reply, India achieved this target in 39.5 overs, registering an easy victory. With this, Team India won the three-match series 2-1.    ( series 2-1 )    Virat Kohli batted brilliantly for Team India throughout the series. He scored centuries in two out of the three matches.
De Kock scores a century for South Africa
In this match, India won the toss and elected to bowl first. Quinton de Kock scored the most runs for South Africa in this match. He played an innings of 106 runs, while captain Temba Bavuma scored 48 runs. De Kock and Bavuma shared a 114-run partnership for the second wicket. It was due to this partnership that South Africa managed to reach a respectable score in this match. After these two were dismissed, Prasidh Krishna and Kuldeep Yadav bowled brilliantly and bowled South Africa out for under 300 runs. Apart from De Kock and Bavuma, Dewald Brevis scored 29, Matthew Breetzke 24, Marco Jansen 17 and Corbin Bosch nine runs for South Africa. Keshav Maharaj remained unbeaten on 20 runs. Kuldeep and Prasidh Krishna took 4 wickets each.
Yashasvi Jaiswal plays a match-winning innings for India
Chasing the target, Rohit Sharma and Yashasvi Jaiswal gave Team India a brilliant start. The duo added 155 runs for the first wicket. Team India suffered its first setback in this match when Rohit Sharma was dismissed. He scored 75 runs off 73 balls, hitting 7 fours and 3 sixes. Following his dismissal, the in-form batsman Virat Kohli came to the crease. Virat continued his excellent form in this match as well, completing his half-century in 40 balls. Virat and Jaiswal forged a 116-run partnership for the second wicket, and both batsmen remained unbeaten till the end of the match. Jaiswal returned to the pavilion undefeated with 116 runs off 121 balls, including 12 fours and two sixes. Virat Kohli played a brilliant innings of 65 runs off 45 balls, hitting 6 fours and 3 sixes.
