Recently, there was a terrorist attack in Pahalgam, Kashmir on 22 April, in which 26 people were killed. After this terrorist attack, India adopted a tough stance against terrorism and imposed many sanctions against Pakistan. India demolished terrorist hideouts at many places in Pakistan. Pakistan, enraged by this action of India, carried out many attacks against India, but the Indian armed forces gave a befitting reply. In these circumstances, Indo-Pak tension reached its peak. However, later a ceasefire was declared with the consent of both the countries. At present, there is peace on the border.
