Mathura: A massive fire broke out in Mathura refinery in UP, 10 people (10 employees) are injured in the fire, out of which the condition of three people is said to be critical. All the injured have been admitted to the hospital. According to the information, the fire broke out due to gas leakage in the refinery. It is being told that there was a 40-day shutdown in the ABU plant of Mathura refinery. It was restarted after it was finalized that everything was fine. It is estimated that there was a leakage in it and the furnace burst and there was a blast, after which the plant caught fire.
Condition of three people critical
Out of the 10 people who were burnt in the fire in the refinery, three people have been shifted to Delhi for better treatment. The incident happened after around 7:30 pm on Tuesday evening when the start-up activity was going on after the plant was closed, during which the fire broke out. Mathura Refinery Public Relations Officer Renu Pathak said that there was no loss of life and the fire is under control. An inquiry has been ordered to find out the negligence.
