Prayagraj: Police has once again started tightening its grip on Mafia Atiq Ahmed’s younger son Ali and his gang members. Prayagraj Police is now preparing to impose Gangster Act on Ali and his 11 companions. For this, the police has prepared a gang chart of Ali and his companions. Now soon this gang chart will be sent for the approval of the Commissioner. After the permission of the Commissioner, a case will be registered against all the accused under Gangster Act. After that, the police will take action against all the accused under Gangster (ActGangster Act), in which property will also be confiscated.
After the murder of Mafia Atiq Ahmed and his brother Ashraf, Prayagraj Police is continuously taking action against Atiq gang, in which Atiq’s henchmen were arrested and sent to jail, and action was also taken selectively on Atiq’s illegal properties and it was attached. Now the police have also started tightening the noose on Atiq Ahmed’s younger son Ali and his associates. Earlier, Khuldabad police of Prayagraj opened the history sheet of Atiq’s sons Ali and Umar, now Kareli police of Prayagraj is preparing to impose gangster charges on Atiq’s son Ali and his 11 associates.
For this, the police has prepared a gang chart of Atiq’s son Ali and his 11 criminal associates. This gang chart will be sent to the office of Kareli Police Commissioner Tarun Gaba, after the approval of the commissioner, a gangster case will be registered against Atiq’s son Ali and his associates, which will further increase the difficulties of Atiq’s son and his associates.
The case in which the gang chart has been made against Mafia Atiq Ahmed’s son Ali was registered by Atiq Ahmed’s brother-in-law Imran’s brother Zeeshan alias Janu. The matter is of December 2021, at that time Ali along with his associates tried to kill Zeeshan over a land in Ainuddin Pur of Kareli and took possession of his land by running a bulldozer. At that time, Ali had made Zeeshan talk to Atiq Ahmed, who was lodged in Gujarat jail, over phone. Atiq had demanded extortion money of Rs. 5 crore from Zeeshan. At that time, Zeeshan had lodged a case against 11 people including Ali in Kareli police station under serious sections. Many days after the case was lodged, Ali surrendered in the court. After that, one by one all the accused were arrested by the police and sent to jail. At present, a total of 11 cases are registered against Atiq’s son Ali.
The police have made a gang chart of Atiq’s son Ali, Saif Maya, Asad Kalia, Kacholi, Imran Guddu, Sanjay Singh, Fahad, Talib, Kallu and Aman. All these people are hardcore criminals. After Atiq went to jail, all these people started working for his son Ali. Cases are registered against all the people under serious sections and all are lodged in Naini jail. Among them, Saif Maya, Kacholi, Fahad and Asad Kalia are very special to Ali who can kill anyone at a signal from Ali.
After the gangster case is registered, the action against Ali and his henchmen will be intensified. After being declared a gangster, the police will confiscate the properties of all these people under Section 14/1 of the Gangster Act as per the court order. Till now the police has confiscated only the properties of Atiq and his big henchmen. After the gangster case is registered, the police will also take action against the properties taken in the name of this small don of Atiq and his henchmen.
