Chief Minister Dhami joined the Chhath Puja program


Udham Singh Nagar: Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami reached Khatima and participated in Chhath Puja and Sanjay Park Chhath Puja Sthal program organized at Nausar Pulia Chhath Puja Place, Khudaganj, Bari Anjania, Amau Omkareshwar Temple premises.
Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami extended warm greetings to all the people of the state on Chhath Puja. He said that the blessings of May 6th always remain on everyone. This holy festival of sun worship connects us with nature and gives the message of purity, cleanliness and environmental protection. He wished that Lord Bhaskar and Chhathi Mayya fulfill everyone’s wishes.
He announced the construction of four walled Chhath Puja place and temple beautification of Amau Omkareshwar temple premises. The Chief Minister announced the construction of Chhath Puja site on 4 bighas of land in village Bhud Maholia. He said that Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi has laid down the vision of the state for 2025, to fulfill this vision we all have to work together. In the year 2025, along with being a youth state of 25 years, the country will be the best, excellent and ideal state, we are committed and determined in this direction. The state is moving towards rapid development. In the last five years, various projects worth about one lakh crores have been approved by the Central Government for the state, in which work has been done on many projects and work is going on at a fast pace on others. He said that roadways are being developed in Uttarakhand with the help of the central government, while the dream of rail in the mountains is also on the verge of being realized. He said that the Central Government has gifted the plans of Chardham All Weather Road, Bharat Mala Project, Rishikesh-Karnprayag rail line for Uttarakhand. Due to this, the traffic of Uttarakhand will become easy in the coming time. Apart from this, the Central Government has approved the final survey of the geographically and strategically important 155 km Tanakpur-Bageshwar rail route, for which an amount of 28 crores has also been released. He said that the mandate of open gym has been issued in every gram panchayat. During the entire program, Shri Dhami received the blessings of the elders and gave affection and affection to the younger ones.
The Chief Minister said that today I am serving the state, the people of the region have a big hand in this, which I can never forget. Giving information about the development works being done in Khatima area, he said that military canteens are also going to be started soon. The foundation stone of a very big stadium for players will be laid soon in Khatima which will have hostel facility.
