Murder nurse who administered death injection to elderly patients

Tokyo: Doctors are said to be in the form of God. But if only a doctor or a nurse wishes to kill patients, it will probably be very unfortunate. A similar case has come to light from Japan where a nurse has been sentenced to life imprisonment for giving death injection to her own patient. Not only this, the nurse herself confessed that she had killed three patients by pouring antiseptic solution into her drip bag.

Actually, this incident is from Tokyo, Japan. A nurse poisoned her patients at Oguchi Hospital in Yokohama City. That nurse did this not only with one patient, but with many patients. And he had done so because the relatives of the patient were finding it difficult to take care of him. It was reported that the patient was seriously ill.

According to the report, this nurse named Kuboki confessed to her crime in September 2016, which resulted in her slow death. Japan’s Yokohama District Court recently sentenced Kuboki to life imprisonment after a long trial. The judge did not sentence her to death because the nurse was deeply remorseful for her actions and was very sad.
According to the information, Kuboki admitted to killing three patients in September 2016 by pouring antiseptic solution into his drip bag, which resulted in their slow death. The 34-year-old nurse said she poisoned her patients at Oguchi Hospital in Yokohama, near Tokyo. Kuboki had previously told the police in defense of his crime that if the responsibility of these patients fell on me, I would not have been able to do it.

Sentencing Nurse Kuboki, Judge Kazunori Karei said the nurse committed such acts knowing they were illegal. The judge said that life imprisonment was an appropriate punishment for Kuboki as he has shown remorse for his attitude during the trial. The judge also pointed out that she understood the sheer gravity of the crimes, and this was even reflected in her final statement.
