Do 3 exercises to get rid of cervical pain( cervical)

Neck pain: Cervical  ( cervical) spondylosis causes neck pain and dizziness. Behind which there is weakness of the cervical spine. But, to relieve cervical pain, exercise should be done. These neck exercises help in reducing cervical symptoms. Let us know about the exercises that relieve cervical pain.
These neck exercises will give relief from cervical pain
1. Neck Stretch
-First of all, sit with your body straight. -Now move your chin forward. -Do this until you start feeling a stretch in your neck. -Stay in this position for 5 seconds and then lower your head. Take it to normal position.
-After this, move the head backwards and raise the chin and stay for 5 seconds.
-Do this 5 times.

2. Neck Tilt

-Sit with a straight back and bring the chin downwards. -Try to touch the chest with your chin. -Stay in this position for 5 seconds and then come back to normal position. -Do this at least 5 times. .

3. Side to Side Neck Tilt

-Sitting straight, bend your neck to one side. -When your ear starts touching the shoulder, stop. -After remaining in this position for about 5 seconds, come to the normal position. -Now take the head to the normal position and touch the other shoulder. Bend your neck to one side and remain in that position for 5 seconds. Do this 5 times.

4. Neck Turn

-Sit with your back straight and rotate your neck to one side. -Rotate your neck as much as you can and remain in this position for about 5 seconds. -Now bring the neck to normal position and then rotate it to the other side. -Do this 5 times. Do it.
