Sharda University suicide case: FIR registered  (Sharda University ) 

Greater Noida: A student of Sharda University    (Sharda University )    in Greater Noida committed suicide in the hostel on Friday, July 18. The names of two professors have come to the fore in this suicide case. The name of the deceased student is Jyoti Sharma, who accused the university professors of mentally harassing her. Jyoti was a second year student of Bachelor of Dental Surgery. An FIR has been registered against five people in this case. The family of the student who committed suicide is continuously demanding justice. The police have also detained two accused in the case. Meanwhile, Jyoti Sharma’s mother slapped the head of the university’s dentistry department. A huge crowd gathered.

The mother made these allegations

According to the report, the students said that Jyoti was under stress due to the allegations of forged signature. The mother alleges that the teachers used to tell the daughter that you sign on your own. What is the need for us? We will fail you.”

Two teachers suspended

At present, two teachers have been suspended in this case and the university has also formed a high level committee, based on whose report further action will be taken. Meanwhile, Greater Noida ADCP Sudhir Kumar said, “They (the family) have filed an FIR against 5 people, out of which we have detained two people for questioning, we have not arrested them yet. We will take action based on evidence, investigation is ongoing.”
