What is the matter?
Aaradhya’s lawyer told the High Court that some more uploaders have not yet appeared and their right to defend has already been closed. Earlier also, Aaradhya has demanded a ban on wrong reporting about herself, arguing that she is a minor. In the petition, an appeal has been made to give a decision regarding the misleading information about Abhishek and Aishwarya’s daughter Aaradhya.
Argument of Bachchan family
In this case, Justice Mini Pushkarna heard all the arguments of the lawyer of the Bachchan family and agreed that the defendants and the uploaders have not appeared in the court in this case. In such a situation, they have no opportunity to present any clarification in their defense. The next hearing on the case will be on March 17. The Bachchan family has taken this decision keeping in mind the right to privacy of minor daughter Aaradhya and the protection of her health.
Ban was imposed on YouTubers
Earlier in 2023, the Delhi High Court had banned sharing false information about the health of Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Abhishek Bachchan’s daughter Aaradhya. During this, the court also emphasized that any child, whether it is of a celebrity or of the general public, is entitled to respect and respect. Spreading misinformation about the physical and mental health of any child is wrong and completely unacceptable.
