CM Yogi issued special guidelines (CM Yogi ) 

Prayagraj: Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi Adityanath has issued special guidelines regarding further preparations for the Mahakumbh Mela. The CM said that in the coming days, President Draupadi Murmu, Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar, Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Home Minister Amit Shah along with many dignitaries can come to Prayagraj and along with this, the state cabinet meeting will also be held here on January 22. All necessary preparations should be done in time in this regard.

CM Yogi     (CM Yogi ) talked about further improving the crowd management and communication system in the Mahakumbh Mela area on the occasion of the upcoming Republic Day, Mauni Amavasya and Vasant Panchami. He has said that strong security arrangements should be made during Amrit Snan on the occasion of Mauni Amavasya and Vasant Panchami. From the point of view of crowd management, traffic on the pontoon bridge should be kept one-way on these special days. CM Yogi, who reached Prayagraj, visited the Maha Kumbh area on Sunday. After this, necessary guidelines were issued in a meeting with the officials.

The arrival of many dignitaries including the President, Vice President, Prime Minister, Union Home Minister is proposed in Prayagraj, keep preparations complete for this.

Vehicles should be banned in the fair area on Mauni Amavasya and Vasant Panchami, there should be a one-way system on the pontoon bridge.

A better action plan should be prepared for crowd management on Republic Day, Mauni Amavasya and Vasant Panchami, call drop should not happen under any circumstances.

A special action plan will be implemented in Maha Kumbh from January 25 to February 5.

Instructions to railway officials, run special trains throughout the day on bathing festivals. Ensure that the platform is not changed.

8 to 10 crore devotees are expected to arrive on Mauni Amavasya. A plan should be prepared on this basis.

Vigilance and sensitivity is necessary at every point like electricity, water, ghat, traffic, cleanliness, toilet, bus, train.

It would be better if there are separate railway stations for routine trains and fair special trains.
The faith of the devotees will be fully respected. People involved in the arrangements should come forward and help.
Shuttle buses should be started from morning itself. It is necessary to increase the number. Attention should be paid to this.
In view of the cold conditions in the fair area, arrangements should be made to light bonfires at various places. Attention should also be paid to the safety of the ghats.
The state cabinet will meet in Prayagraj on January 22. For this, preparations should be kept complete at the level of officials.
