Big action against illegal madrasas in Uttarakhand( Uttarakhand) 

Dehradun: The action of the Pushkar Singh Dhami government against illegal madrasas in Uttarakhand  ( Uttarakhand)  is continuing. On Thursday, 16 illegal madrasas were sealed in Udham Singh Nagar district and two in Haridwar. Due to which there is panic among those running illegal business under the guise of religion. So far 110 madrasas have been sealed in entire Uttarakhand.

Administration given free hand to take action against illegal madrasas

For the last one month, the Uttarakhand administration is taking action against illegal madrasas. These madrasas were being run without the permission of the government. On which Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami has taken a tough stand. CM Dhami has given a free hand to the administration to take action against these madrasas, whose wide impact is also being seen.

A massive campaign is being run against illegal madrasas across the state. The administration has also started an investigation into who is behind these illegal madrasas operating on such a large scale and what kind of education was being given to the students here.

Madrasas were sealed here

On Thursday, 4 madrasas were sealed in Rudrapur, 8 in Kichha, 3 in Bajpur, 1 in Jaspur and 2 in Haridwar. Whereas before this, 92 madrasas have been sealed in Dehradun, Pauri while taking action against illegal madrasas on a large scale.

The message of Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami is clear that any kind of tampering with the basic form of the state will not be tolerated, strict action will be taken against anyone who is involved in illegal activities under the guise of religion.

Udham Singh Nagar has the most illegal madrassas

Over 50 unauthorised madrassas have been sealed in Dehradun, Haridwar, Roorkee, Vikasnagar and Udham Singh Nagar in the last 15 days. Last month, authorities identified over 200 madrassas operating without registration, with Udham Singh Nagar district having the highest number of 129 madrassas, followed by Dehradun with 57 and Nainital with 26.
