Air India announced to provide assistance( assistance)   

Ahmedabad: A tragic accident took place in Ahmedabad on June 12. An Air India plane crashed shortly after taking off from Ahmedabad Airport. There were 242 people on board this plane, out of which 241 died. At the same time, this plane fell on the hostel of a hospital, due to which many people living there died and many are injured. At present, this accident is being investigated. At the same time, Air India has announced to provide assistance     ( assistance)     to the families of the deceased and the injured in the accident.

Air India expressed grief
Air India has announced compensation in a post on the social media platform X. Air India said in its post, “Air India stands in solidarity with the families of the passengers who lost their lives in the recent accident. Our teams on the ground are making every effort to provide care and support during this incredibly difficult time.”

Rs 25 lakh assistance

Air India further said in the post, “As part of our continued efforts, Air India will provide an interim payment of ₹ 25 lakh or approximately 21,000 GBP to the families of the deceased and survivors to help meet immediate financial needs. This is in addition to the ₹ 1 crore or approximately 85,000 GBP assistance already announced by Tata Sons.” Air India says that we are all saddened by the loss after this accident.

What did the Tata Group announce?

Let us tell you that apart from this, compensation has also been announced by Tata Sons. Tata Group wrote in a post, “Tata Group will provide a compensation of ₹ 1 crore to the families of each person who lost their lives in this tragedy. We will also bear the medical expenses of the injured and ensure that they get all the necessary care and support. Additionally, we will provide assistance in the construction of the hostel of BJ Medical. We stand with the affected families and communities in this unimaginable time.”
