What did BSF say?
According to the top officers of the Border Security Force, on Monday, 13 companies of the Border Security Force were going to move the BSF soldiers from Agartala, Udaipur, Silchar, Guwahati, and other frontiers to Jammu. From here, they were to be deployed for the security of the Amarnath Yatra. During this time, the matter of providing a train with dilapidated and dirty coaches came to light.
Facts related to the case
Before boarding the train, the train commandant of the Border Security Force, who is a deputy commandant rank officer, first inspected it.
During the inspection, it was found that some coaches of the train were in a bad condition.
A video of this was made and then the deputy commandant rank officer gave it to his commandant.
The commandant gave all this information to IG Operations at the headquarters of the Border Security Force.
The Border Security Force headquarters had formally asked the Railway Ministry to change the train carrying Border Security Force personnel on Monday and this action was taken in writing.
Indian Railways confirmed that the coaches will be changed.
According to the Border Security Force, no jawan was sitting in the train at that time because they had only gone to see the Deputy Commandant for inspection.
It is completely wrong to say that the jawans refused to board the train.
The train has been changed and at present that train is about to reach Agartala.
