Delhi: Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar strongly criticized the Indian judiciary ( judiciary) in his recent statement. He expressed concern that people’s faith in the judicial system is constantly decreasing. He has questioned the right of the judiciary to direct the President of India to take action. Jagdeep Dhankhar referred to a recent incident in which a large amount of cash was recovered from a judge, yet no action was taken against him. Vice President criticized the judiciary
Jagdeep Dhankhar raised sharp questions about the interference of the judiciary in the affairs of the executive and the legislature. He raised these questions in view of the recent incident at a judge’s residence in Delhi and the cash found there and the Supreme Court’s direction to the President that no FIR was registered. He said that the country had not imagined such a democracy where judges would make laws, do the work of the executive themselves and work like a super parliament.
