Yellow alert issued for two days( two days) 

New Delhi. Amid seasonal fluctuations, moderate to dense fog was seen in many parts of the capital in the morning on Tuesday. As the day progressed, the sun shone and the fog cleared. An increase in maximum temperature was observed. The Meteorological Department has issued an alert for the next two days.( two days) 
On the other hand, due to fog, the minimum level of visibility recorded at IGI Airport at 5.30 am was 50 meters, which improved as the day progressed. Due to this, 25 international flights were delayed in departure and 12 in arrival. 106 domestic flights were delayed in departure while 50 were delayed in arrival. Similarly, on Monday, about 100 long distance trains reached Delhi late and the departure timings of more than 25 trains had to be changed.

The maximum temperature of Delhi was recorded at 19.5 degrees Celsius on Tuesday. Whereas, the minimum temperature was 6.9 degrees Celsius. Both are one degree less than normal. The humidity level in the air was recorded at 97 to 58 percent. The weather department estimates that cold and foggy conditions will persist on Wednesday and Thursday also.

Moderate to dense fog can be seen in different areas of Delhi. The wind speed will be four km per hour. Due to this, yellow alert has been issued for two days.
There will be fog on Republic Day also
The Meteorological Department has predicted that on Friday, January 26, there will be light to moderate fog in the morning in different areas of Delhi. Partial presence of clouds will also remain. The maximum temperature is likely to be 20 degrees and the minimum will be eight degrees Celsius.
